more changes to make integration tests run

These changes are required to make this call succeed: ./mvnw -Pintegration-test clean test -Dtest=org.cloudfoundry.operations.ApplicationsTest#pushNoRoute I did not run the complete integration test suite. My test environment is Linux Subsystem for Windows running Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS.

must have been CAPI 1.183.0 CC API Version: 2.232.0

OpenJDK 8
