Nobel needs to keep in sync with PR's from jammy

as there are fixes implemented in jammy. we should consider to also merge them in noble if necessary

@ramonskie is this just a reminder or we should check before releasing Noble GA for the PRs which hasn't been merge to Noble?

@jpalermo already merged it a month or 2 ago. so we should do it once more before GA
