Extension can not be installed in Firefox on Android

Given I visit pp-browser-extension GitHub page on my smartphone when I click "Firefox" in Installation section then I end up on Firefox Addons without blank install button and notification that extension is not compatible with Firefox on Android.

This extension would be more helpful for me on my mobile that frequently switches Wifi and cellular networks than on laptop with stable Internet access via same ISP.
