Because pingora-header-serde/src/trainer.rs is just a simple example that pass the first command line argument and RUST_BACKTRACE=full cargo run has none.
try running cargo run -p $package_name --example $example_name, for example like cargo run -p pingora-proxy --example gateway
Are you looking for an image to do development in? Or an image to run the compiled executables? Or something else?
