Push image to AWS ECR Public Registry💡

Describe the feature you'd like Currently we have quite a large deployment of cloudflared running on AWS Fargate and we're hitting Docker Hub rate limits. I would like to request you start pushing the cloudflared Docker image to AWS ECR Public Registry as well so we can prevent rate limits.

Describe alternatives you've considered I'm currently building the cloudflared Docker image and pushing it into ECR myself but obviously that adds steps for me.
