[Custom Domain]: Fix codeblock syntax

• Fix the codeblock syntax for Custom Domain configuration.
• Minor improvement of sentence readability.

The commit fixes syntax for the following error:

Expected "route" to be either a string or an object with shape { pattern, custom_domain, zone_id | zone_name }

Testet with: wrangler 2.0.22.
