What changes are you suggesting?

I tried to configure my family's Chrome to use 1.1.1.3 (Family 1.1.1.1) instead of the default 1.1.1.1 that one can select in the dropdown of Chrome, and it was hard to find the right URL to place. I eventually figured out the DoH URL for 1.1.1.1 is https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query. I suggest this information could be added in this page, along with the other URL's https://family.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query and https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query
