The GPG key in SECURITY.md results in a Not Found :( message.

Expected response: A public GPG key

It looks like this getting defaulted from our organization - https://github.com/cloudflare/.github/blob/master/SECURITY.md ... I'll see if I can chase down the appropriate parties
