Logs, for tunnel in background.

Hi I cannot see any info/trace/errors in boringtun.out file when boringtun is started in background. I have tried setting verbosity to info/trace/errors but nothing is logged inside boringtun.out. Anybody have an idea, about the possible issue?

The logging was redone at one point and it seems that this is the result of that.
