Fixes #214 and #216

This commit fixes the lack of clarity regarding the absence of a free certificate of completion for free courses on Udemy as well Coursera.

  1. Let’s remove Coursera from the list if it doesn’t provide free certificates.
  2. Let’s move Udemy to the Expired-Offers.md file, as it doesn’t provide free certificates for free courses anymore.
