Feature request - be able to use "ERROR" log lines as indicator of errors

Probably a longer term request this one, but often I log an "ERROR" without actually erroring the function (e.g. because I don't want Lambda retry to kick in for that particular error) . Might be nice to have a "mode" of the UI where such error logs are used as part of metrics.
