Service Helm chart should not contain Namespace definition

KubePlus creates a NS to deploy a service instance (Helm release). If the underlying Helm chart contains Namespace definition then that Namespace will be created just as any other object within the KubePlus created NS. KubePlus does not yet support Hierarchical Namespaces. We require that the underlying service Helm chart should not contain Namespace definition.
