But an attempt to include links to, or guides for, setting up code editors with various configurations which lend themselves well to Clojure development would be very handy.

I've written on this subject exactly because it was very hard for me to set up an editor. I'd be happy to contribute, with your guys' guidance.

I think links to Cursive and LightTable would be nice to put in here. The documentation for both is excellent so I think that'll be enough for at least getting set up.
