Feature suggestion for overlay

The floating window likes to disappear sometimes (especially with kb not open) and I know it can be minimized but it's still a bar that can get in the way.

Perhaps an option to make it a bubble style when minimized. Bubble are easy to move around and small then when clicked without holding it would expand the window. See screen shot of a text msg bubble for what I mean.
