Negative values for subjectivity in French sentiment analysis

In file fr-sentiment.xml there are 844 words with a negative value for subjectivity property, whereas its range is supposed to be within [0, 1]. Is there a reason for this? Or should it be fixed?

So does the nl-sentiment.xml file. I did not check for how many, but "verloren" is an example. See #242 .
