feature suggestion - magic button to make a user an OSR admin

This is a @climu idea.

@climu commented: At the moment the process is Django admin: go to your profile see all groups existing admin is in. Do same for new member Then discord too. And gmail. Similarly, maybe there should be a button to reverse the process when someone leaves the team (this last bit is my contribution)
