Abort event for ample.ajax

Since ample.ajax can be aborted sometimes it is necessary to differ this action from succes/error possibly via "abort" event.

I think I had a discussion on IRC about this. The argument put to me was that the jquery spec doesn't handle ajax aborts and amplesdk core seeks to be jquery compatible. So modifying the arguments to the function would be out of the question, but maybe a proprietary event might be ok?
