still maintained?

I notice there are a few PRs pending of approval for quite some time now. Is this still being maintained?

@q2dg The main CSV file has not been updated in the last 16 months... I doubt the data is fresh and accurate.

@jogaco I suggest trying out Ipregistry. It provides a field is_cloud_provider that is quite accurate.

The list still mostly checks out if you randomly pick ranges and check it against tools, such as @lpellegr mentioned.

But I did I compile my own list of data centers here, since I felt like this list can't be complete: https://github.com/Umkus/bad-ip-blocklist/blob/master/dist/datacenters.netset
