[Question] Can I "clone" the Android remote in Qt/QML ?
Hi, I'm missing the "Files" feature to navigate directly in folders on the server and I'll probably have some time next month, so I'm planing to do a new remote in Qt/QML to at least have this feature and also provide a remote that would work on any OS including iOS and all laptops. Can I clone your design and use the same icons? Are you interested to help or contribute?
Everything is licensed under the GPL, so you can do whatever you want within the limitations of that.
ok that's what I thought but I prefer to ask before starting. I'll probably take kind of the same design and mostly all the icons. Of course I'll publish the code under GPL v3 too. I may make the iOS version available for like 2€ in order to cover Apple licence that I don't have at the moment.
