Problem when install csvigo through luarocks

this is my lua

pi@raspberrypi:~/lua---csv $ lua

and when i try to install csvigo

pi@raspberrypi:~/lua---csv $ luarocks install csvigo

It appears what should i do?

I want to use it... There is no one ? And I want to ask with luarocks version can help to install csvigo
