Improve documentation

Much of the documentation for autospec was kept up-to-date internally to the clearlinux team while the README has become stale.

Autospec should get a full documentation upgrade either in a docs subtree that could be hosted on readthedocs or something (preferred) the repo wiki (not preferred).

Looking at more options it looks like a github pages site for autospec might be the easiest to create and maintain.

@dorileo has indicated he will work on this when he has time. Assigning him so duplicate work isn't done.
