Integrate (optionnal) logresolvemerge.pl from awstats

When migrating to piwik from awstats, one usually does the following :

  • merge all logs (including gzipped logs) in to one big file using logresolvemerge.pl
  • configure it in apache2piwik settings.py
  • run apache2piwik on it

It would be awesome if a wildcard could be give in APACHE_FILES and gzipped files would be handled (either in python or using logresolvemerge.pl...)
