Added geolocation and local ISP DNS support

Hi @cleanbrowsing , i would be happy to insert this new feature, so you can create you own DNS list based on your country, geolocated by a query to http://ip-api.com/json.

What do you think? Should it be better coded? Many thanks.

Maybe it would be better if i replace json.country with standard json.countryCode and rename country's file, regarding the API help http://ip-api.com/docs/api:json
