Could you support `semicolonAfterLastProperty` option for the CLI?

I'd like to enable the formatting option semicolonAfterLastProperty in the CLI:

cleancss --format 'semicolonAfterLastProperty=on' foo.css

Could you support this option for the CLI?

Apparently we don't and it's a bug, so it's not against #76. Will address it at some point!
