No Screenshots or Demo nor Description?

Can you please add screenshots to your readme.md so we can imagine what your extension can do? Or please at least at a description. I installed it and I have no clue what I can do with it.

I figured out, that I had to remove the value in the field Allowed IPs (comma separated). Now I see this toolbar at the bottom of the page:
