On magento 2.4.6 throws an error: Error: Call to a member function getEvents() on null in /var/www/html/vendor/clawrock/magento2-debug/view/base/templates/panel/time.phtml:13

I can`t reproduce, there is no problems on fresh Magento 2.4.6 installation.

Please provide more details. Stack trace, steps made
