Black Image After Connecting
Hello,
I've successfully connected to the probe and the app but all I get in a black image. Just to rule out any firewall issues, I have disabled it entirely.
I can control the app (freeze image, zoom in and out) but I can't see anything and I can't request or download the raw data.

Any help on this topic would be much appreciated.
Are there any OpenGL errors that get output on the console/debugger?
For raw data, you must enable from the App first (assuming research package was purchased)

There are no errors in the console.
I did need to change the settings in order to record the raw data. I was able to download something successfully.
I still only see the black image. Will the data downloaded by the black image or what I see on the app?
raw data should have images, but still strange you would not see the real-time image, still could be udp port blocked if you do not see other errors
I have been using the app and API for the a while now. I have been able to successfully pull RF data and process it, but I I still can't see the image on the API. I have tried on multiple windows laptops and desktops. I have tried updating my graphics drivers on each device as seen in issue #99: https://github.com/clariusdev/cast/issues/99
I want to check to see if there are any more suggestions for fixing this issue.
