HTTPS on proxy servers

As is: cloudproxy -> proxy server connectivity is over HTTP, including the HTTP auth. If the client request is using HTTPS, the request remains encrypted however, the auth and any other HTTP communication are unencrypted.

To be: cloudproxy -> proxy server, all communication over HTTPS.
