On Mozilla portable, once disabled the images are always disabled

Like the obj, no matter toggling the button before opening or reopening the browser the images are always disabled

The issue is the same as the one described in https://github.com/ckuhl/ImageBlockX/issues/11 . The problem still exists.

Seems like it started to reproduce on non-portable desktop builds as well (i have this problem on Android). Just caught something similar on FF 71.0
