Custom Tab Stops for Lists

Provide description of the new feature

Provide capability to set custom tab stops for each line in a list and indent the first line only. For example:

Paragraph indent: -0.223

List Level 1 indent: -0.223

List Level 2 indent: -.0323

List Level 3 indent: -0.423

List Level 4 indent: -0.523
