1. Open tests/plugins/autolink/manual/encoding manual test.
2. Paste https://www.google.com/test/?one=1&two=2.
3. Press enter or space at the end of the link to trigger auto-linking.

Expected result

Link is decoded to https://www.google.com/test/?one=1&two=2.

Actual result

The link should be left intact https://www.google.com/test/?one=1&two=2.
