Landless nobles may attempt to gather a host and join the Crusade to claim territory for themselves (or just b/c deus vult)

If we want to include this we'll need to expand upon it with specific plans and mechanics to make it work. I'll leave this to @ck2plus/developers to discuss further. Please close if idea is deemed untenable.
