Show "no applications installed, use civo kubernetes apps install" if no apps found?

If no applications are installed on a cluster, would it be worth having a prompt to say "no applications installed, use civo kubernetes apps install to add them"?

I personally feel it can be there, but it will depend mostly on the user base and their experience and use. If users are new to whole thing, it would be helpful to him (Just like a little push) but on the other hand if user has experience then also it will help him if he forgets to add.

I think the addition overall increases the user-friendliness regardless.
