Debezium support

Would love to see Citus integrated with Debezium. There is already an issue (with a proposal mentioned) opened with Debezium for this - https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DBZ-4986. They would need support from someone with deep Citus knowledge to acheive this, hoping someone could help!
