Update HammerDB and PG versions

Note: not merging yet since there is a slight issue with new Hammerdb version:

There's a segfault at the end of the benchmark:

     11081 Done                    | tee "../results/hammerdb_run_${BENCHNAME}.log"

pg_timeprofile set to false has no issues.
