Added new urls based on this document from SBU (Security Service Ukraine) that lists recommendations for ISPs to block these websites "against Russian propaganda". http://inau.ua/sites/default/files/file/1801/vhidnyy_no_08_vid_11.01.2018.pdf These websites mainly belong to TV channels, including scientific channels and channels for kids. This list is likely to be blocked within governmental institutions and/or universities and schools.

This is now out of sync with the master branch. You should re-open a new PR with the additional URLs in it and close this one.

@hellais @sneft I edited the category codes and fixed the PR so that there are no longer conflicts with the base branch. I think the missing thing to do is to add slashes to a bunch of URLs (see Travis failed checks). Do you perhaps have a script for that?
