Update getting started

There is a lot information in the getting started section. I made some changes to get a feel for what kind of changes are welcome. I have more changes along the lines of renaming headers, changing the hierarchy of sections, and moving sections around to address this. These are more disruptive so i'd like to get your thoughts before going further. Here's a few off the top of my head.

move schema caching to another page
breakdown table of contents into server/client
reduce text by linking to their respective sections

Let me know if there's interest in this direction.
