Update to latest zig since 0.14 in a week and also to latest tracy

I don't know how nix works so it needs to be updated separately.

Tested on my project and it seems to work.

oh well I did it too soon. Andrew broke allocator api. Now it also has remap method

Sorry for ghosting for so long, been occupied with work and other projects.

I see that you kept working on other improvements besides updating to zig 0.14. If you don't mind, I will upstream them all so that they are easier to discover.

I will also review the current state of the repository so expect some changes from me as well.
