Dashboard should contain descriptive information about Pull Requests

For presented screenshot: Dashboard

  • instead of users awaiting for review, a list of PRs should be displayed (sorting: older first)
  • information about added/removed LOC
  • awaiting time
  • button that starts review and redirecting to PR instantly (new window), or in easier version just link to PR (we can basically check what's wrong with the PR, that is waiting for a long time)
