[Bug]: Go To Artist from recently played goes to Undefined when clicking on a station or artist playlist

Describe the Bug

The go to artist link should be disabled or match the logic used in go to album when artist is undefined

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a stattion
2. Go to Home
3. Right click on the recently played item for the station
4. Click go to artist
5. Undefined Artist page shows
