Pointless Library?

If i wanted to take a picture I would use a camera program. I cant even access the data of the pictures this library automaticlly takes. And it force, saves them? Whats the point?

If I wanted to look at the rgb values how would I do it if i have 0 access to the pictures taken?

it's good for automation, or the project I'm doing where it REQUIRES the specific path to a photo
