dispose() not killing all jcef_helper after upgrading to JCEF 7a13412

After migrating from "JCEF 0b8e42e + CEF 122.1.10" to "JCEF 7a13412 + CEF 126.2.0" there remains one (the others get closed) of the jcef_helper.exe processes with high load, that never finishes after exiting with dispose(). No integration code was changed on our end, so this should be with something in CEF or JCEF
