Implementing more general TM

Thanks for good project.

I tried to reproduce the results on the paper, Superstatistical analysis and modelling of heterogeneous random walks, but the box-kernel doesn't seem to be implemented in this package.

So I suggest additional features in the transition model, like custom model like observation model.
