-a.rewrite and -b.rewrite in docs

It looks like if you specify "-b.rewrite true" as stated in the docs, it does not get picked up correctly. However if you use "-b.rewrite=true" it works fine. Bizarrely, it does seem to work for "-a.rewrite true".
