Creating a MITObim recipe for Bioconda

Dear Chris,

First of all, I'd like to thank you for this amazing software.

In order to make it even more accessible to users, I've been thinking about creating a bioconda recipe for MITObim. Even though running the software is very straightforward (especially with the docker image), I think that having other instalation options can be interesting. What do you think? I could send you a pull request with an updated README covering installation through this channel.
