Bug: All Queries Outline Searching Does not work consistently

The Search box next to the All Queries section does not find matching queries all the time, and when it does, it only find queries that were previously visible (i.e. the unfiltered list shows the desired query in an expanded state)

The erratic searching behavior seems to happen during search-as-you-type for the first and second characters typed (e.g. typing "x" shows queries that do not have an "x" in the title).
