99.jams A1 one semitone lower than all other annotations

Hi, I noticed that in 99.jams, the annotations by A1 is one semitone lower than all other annotations. For example, A1 starts with B:maj - A:maj - G:maj - A:maj, but A3 and A4 starts with C:maj - Bb:maj - Ab:maj - Bb:maj. Since a consistent semitone error is unlikely, is this a result of transposing error in the dataset?
