There is a newer LIBUI repo, andlabs does not commit anymore

This lib is a fork and has being fixing since andlabs gone. Maybe it is good to base on it.

Also: it is a good idea to add this repo to the packagist and create a composer.json in a way we can just install it using composer require chopins/php-libui
