Describe how to configure MiniZinc

MiniZinc IDE can be parametrized with any solver as long as it provides a configuration file. See here for more details. There is a configuration.msc file available for Choco (see: /parsers/src/main/minizinc/configuration.msc), it would be nice if the procedure is either automated or described somewhere.
