Still getting log files even though logging is disabled

Was cleaning up my internal storage when I came across Network Speed indicator on /sdcard/NetworkSpeedIndicator using over 1GB of storage. They were all log files however logging is disabled.

I should also mention that it accumulated 1GB worth of logs in less than a week!
